We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Passages Family Support. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our clinical staff and ensure smooth operations within our outpatient clinic, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and connecting them with their provider
- Answering phones and responding to requests for service
- Scheduling admissions to Passages services
- Cancelling client appointments when necessary
- Maintaining the client electronic health record
- Maintaining a welcoming waiting area
- Order the Passages office supplies
- Complete all administrative office tasks required for the position, including faxing, records release, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a administrative role or similar position within a clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of electronic health information management practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred.

Come join a great team at Passages Family Support. Passages is a licensed outpatient behavioral health agency providing individual and group services for individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorder. We are recruiting for a Substance Use Disorder Professional who will provide SUD services to assigned clients. The candidate must have a Master’s degree in the social sciences.
Working with the Recovery Model of Care, the SUDP will provide individual and group therapy to individuals who are diagnosed with substance use disorder. The SUDP will complete ASAM assessments and document in the Passages electronic health record all services provided.
The SUDP will identify level of care required by each individual and develop a recovery- based individual service plan including goals and interventions.
Be part of an interdisciplinary treatment team that helps individuals who are requesting substance use disorder treatment.
Passages has an excellent benefits package. No on-call is required. A significant sign-on bonus is available. We have a 401(k) matching program after one year of employment. Passages staff are considered/paid for full time status but the agency closes at noon on Friday so all staff have an opportunity for a longer weekend. This is a year-round benefit. Licensing supervision may be available at no charge depending on available resources. Passages pays 100% of the employee’s healthcare premium.
