Wraparound with Intensive Services

WISe is for children ages 0-20 with complex needs such as involvement in several systems (i.e., mental health, special ed., legal systems) or transitioning from institutional care. For children, youth and their families, your WISe team manager will utilize a wraparound approach to coordinating services. Services are family driven and youth guided.

WISe Kidz

A therapeutic group for kids ages 6-12. Skills in healthy communication, boundary setting, conflict resolution, and coping are practiced to assist in the recovery process.

GROW

Growth Recovery Opportunities in WISe is offered to enrolled individuals to enhance skill development and application of navigating social relationships in community settings.

RISE

Recovery Inspired Support & Education is an open support group for parents and caregivers of individuals enrolled at Passages Family Support. RISE focuses on crisis reduction, healthy communication, psycho-education, and improved family relationships.
